Graduation Ceremonies

Information for AAS Graduations

Graduation ceremonies are held 3–4 times per year. Most graduations take place on a Friday; however, occasionally the day of the week may change. Please check with your student for his/her anticipated graduation date.

Please note that more specific and detailed information is distributed to students directly and information is posted for upcoming graduation dates on the Student Web Portal. If you have your student's access information for the Student Web Portal, you can also obtain this information.

Dress attire for guests attending the graduation ceremony and luncheon is business.

AAS Graduation Ceremony and Luncheon

** Each student starts out with six (6) meal tickets; one (1) for the student and five (5) for guests. The cost of these meal tickets is included in the general fee. In addition to these six (6) meal tickets, if space permits, students will be able to purchase additional tickets. Extra meal ticket purchased is $45.00 each. All meal ticket transactions must be completed at the main office.
