Student Guided Tours: Based Upon Availability
Monday–Friday: 10:15 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m.
($6.00 per person plus 8.125% sales tax.)

Logistics

Access: Motor coach drop off/pick up area is below Anton Plaza. Approximately 150–200 feet walking distance from bus drop off to entrance of Roth Hall including 20 steps. Access Anton Parking Garage to elevator can avoid steps and drop you on Anton Plaza and entrance to Roth Hall. The campus is wheelchair accessible.

Arrival/Departure: Please inform CIA prior to trip the bus company phone number or bus driver cell phone number. This information is useful if contacting the bus driver is necessary while on the road.

Booking Policy: Groups of 20 or more people may make restaurant reservations up to six months in advance. Contact Judy Hannon at 845-451-1544 or Rebecca Morgan Imperati at 845-451-1223.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy: $10.00 per person advance deposit required for group reservations. Due date of deposit depends on date of booking and date of event. Deposit is refundable up to three weeks prior to date of trip.

Dietary Restrictions: Dietary restrictions can be handled if notified a few days in advance of your reservation. Same day adjustments will incur a $10.00 per entree surcharge, and/or a $5.00 surcharge for first course or dessert substitutions and are not guaranteed.

Dress Code: American Bounty Restaurant, Escoffier Restaurant, and Ristorante Caterina de' Medici dress code is business casual. St. Andrew's Café is casual.

Parking: Motor coach parking is free and located on the north end of the college.

Photography: Allowed in all outside areas of campus. Not permitted inside the buildings.

Retail Outlets: The Apple Pie Bakery Café is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Bakery items are available for purchase. The Craig Claiborne Bookstore is open Monday from 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m.–8 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m.–8 p.m.

Smoking: Mostly smoke free facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Tours: Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled tour time. Student guided tours can last 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours in duration. Stairs can be avoided if necessary on tour.
