Salade Beaucaire
Smoked Chicken, celery, endive, ham and apples bound with a light mayonnaise, with roasted golden and red beets

Salade Aïda
Friséelettuce with sliced tomatoes, artichokes, red and yellow peppers, eggs and mustard vinaigrette

Diced pineapple and oranges, grapefruit and hearts of lettuce, dressed with a lemon cream
