Spirits & Bottled Beers

Brandy and Cognac
Brandy with no further qualification is a distillate of fermented grape juice (wine). Cognac is brandy from around the French town of the same name. The most elegant Cognacs come from the chalky soil of sub-districts Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne (nothing to do with the sparkling wine). Cognac is twice distilled in pot stills and usually aged over three years in oak.

  • E & J VS, 6.00
America's best selling brandy. Subtle notes of vanilla and butterscotch.
  • Courviosier VS, 11.75
    Once a supplier to Napoléan's court. Full-bodied.
  • Paul Giraud Champagne VSOP, 14.75
a light and elegant Cognac. Earthy aromas with a touch of honey.
  • Remy Martin XO, 20.00
Light, elegant and long. Exclusively from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne.

American Whiskeys
All bourbons are distilled from grain with a minimum 51% corn and usually some rye and barley malt. They are aged in charred new oak barrels usually from four to six years.

  • Maker's Mark, 6.25
Medium to full body, satiny smooth and elegant. 45% alc.
  • Knob Creek, 9.50
Named for Abraham Lincoln's boyhood home in Kentucky. Nine years old.

Single Malt Scotch
Distilled only from malted barley at a single distillery in Scotland. Aged in seasoned oak barrels.

  • Oban 14 yr. – Western Highlands, 10.25
Peaty and smoky. Rich and smooth with malty and fruity undertones.
  • The Macallan 18 yr. – Speyside, Highlands, 13.50
Rolls Royce of single malt aged entirely in Sherry casks. Perfumed, rich, full and complex.
  • Talisker 10 yr. – Isle of Skye, Highlands, 10.00
Smoky and maritime. Full, malty, peppery and long.
  • The Glenlivet, 18 yr. – Speyside, 12.25
    Mellow, smooth, some Sherry taste.

Sherry

Bottled Beer
Light bodied to full bodied.

  • O'Doul's Amber, Anheuser-Busch, St. Louis, Missouri, 4.00
The most "beer-like" of the alcohol-free brews. Two-row barley and specialty caramel malts, along with a blending of imported hops give O'Doul's Amber its rich color, flavor and fuller body.
  • Budweiser Longneck, Anheuser-Busch, St, Louis, Missouri, 4.50
World's best selling beer. A crisp, clean American lager named after the famous brewing town in the Czech Republic. Rice in the mash contributes to its snappy taste, clarity, brilliance and light body. Introduced in 1876.
  • Bud Light, Anheuser-Busch, St, Louis, Missouri, 4.50
A lighter version of the world's best selling beer.
  • Traditional Lager, Yeungling, Pottsville, Pennsylvania, 4.75
Founded in 1829, Yeunling is the oldest brewery in America. A classic brew, reminiscent of turn of the century beers.
  • Orginal Black and Tan, Yeungling, Pottstown, Pennsylvania, 4.75
Traditional 18th century blend of porter and beer. Dark, smooth and mellow with a faint caramel flavor
  • India Pale Ale, Wagner Valley Brewery, Lodi, New York, 4.75
This IPA has floral hop aromas, accented with sweet honey, fruit and herbal scents. A slight sweetness from the malt brings out a caramel flavor and is nicely balanced with some bitterness from the fresh hops.
  • Hennepin, Brewery Ommegang, Cooperstown, New York, 4.75
This hoppy, farmhouse style ale has a champagne like effervescence offering a crisp but light finish. The Style is called Grisette or farm house and is considered to be in the domain of the Belgian Saisons.
