Training and Development Manager
The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, is seeking a Training and Development Manager to enable the company to continually upgrade the knowledge and skills of the workforce by planning and delivering effective training programs. The training element of the work aims to give associates the knowledge, attitudes, understanding, values, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks
Responsibilities include:
Requirements include Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years training design, course development and delivery experience. This individual will be strategic and business oriented; one who understands the impact of Human Resources function on improved business performance and has strong relationship building. Must also possess strong skills in PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and plan multiple projects.
