Service and Hospitality Management – Full time Faculty

The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, seeks skilled and dedicated professionals to teach courses in table service techniques, front-of-the-house processes, and hospitality.

Our ideal candidate will have achieved a pattern of success as a dining room professional with a minimum of eight to ten years of progressively responsible, hands-on dining room experience as server and manager. Faculty members are expected to possess a mastery of service styles including formal and casual dining, wine and beverage service, as well as banquets and catered events. In addition, a strong sense of hospitality and customer service, along with an enthusiasm and love of teaching are essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
