Culinary Arts – Full time Faculty
The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, is seeking applicants for fulltime, permanent, year-round faculty positions to teach a variety of cooking courses to aspiring chefs and managers of the future. Applicants should possess a strong mastery of culinary fundamentals, a passion for food, and a burning enthusiasm to share their knowledge and experience.
Minimum requirements include ten years of progressively responsible culinary experience with at least one experience in a managerial capacity and a culinary, hospitality or business degree. Prior teaching experience is helpful but not required. An advanced professional certification such as ProChef, C.E.C., or C.M.C. is preferred.
