Baking and Pastry Arts – Full time Faculty
The Culinary Institute of America, the world's premier culinary college, is seeking applicants for fulltime, permanent, year-round faculty positions to teach a variety of baking and pastry courses to aspiring bakers, pastry chefs, bread bakers, and managers of the future. Applicants should possess a strong mastery of baking and pastry fundamentals, a passion for their craft, and a burning enthusiasm to share their knowledge and experience.
Minimum requirements include 10 years of progressively responsible industry experience with at least one experience in a managerial capacity; a culinary, hospitality or business degree. Prior teaching experience is helpful but not required. An advanced professional certification such as C.M.B., C.E.P.C., or C.M.P.C. is preferred.
