As soon as you step into the bright, expansive Greystone teaching kitchen, you'll embark on an exciting culinary journey. Learn to create tasty dishes inspired by the Napa Valley way of life. Let our chef introduce you to exotic culinary destinations such as the traditional tapas bars of Spain, small village cafes along the Mediterranean coast, and crowded casbahs of Northern Africa. Or, explore Latin American cuisine or Middle Eastern street foods. No need to book a flight—our cooking demos and hands-on cooking instruction will take you there!
