CIA at Greystone – Located in St. Helena, CA, the CIA's west coast campus offers an array of food- and wine-related programs for foodservice professionals, career changers, food enthusiasts, and aspiring culinarians. With the legendary Napa Valley as the backdrop for this magnificent campus, the CIA at Greystone is the ideal culinary learning environment in the very heart of the California wine country.


 

CIA, San Antonio – Created to bring CIA educational excellence to the southwest, The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio provides a variety of educational opportunities. In addition to an Associate degree in Culinary Arts, the CIA's southwest campus also hosts Latin American cuisine courses for foodservice professionals and programs for food enthusiasts.


 

CIA, Singapore – Thanks to the college's historic partnership with the Singapore Institute of Technology, the CIA is offering its renowned degree program for the very first time in Asia. Students now have the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) degree in culinary arts management from the world's premier culinary college, in the state-of-the-art facilities on the campus of Temasek Polytechnic.
