De Baun Theatre Located next to the Campus Store & Marketplace and home to our Public Cooking Demonstrations, the De Baun Theatre offers multi-media capabilities in a kitchen setting and is Greystone's latest venue for private cooking demonstrations, wine and food tastings, and meetings. Williams Center for Flavor Discovery The newest addition of meeting space available at Greystone, this building once served as the Gate House of Christian Brother's Winery. Its recent renovation has transformed it into an elegant and versatile space. Sliding doors open to the teaching kitchen where you can watch the chefs work, or better yet, join them in preparing your own meal.
The dining room is equipped with four plasma screens with the ability to show a presentation or slideshow or view activity in the kitchen through the camera's eye. The original stone fireplace and stained glass windows, high ceilings and hardwood floors provide a beautiful and charming setting for any dining experience.
