Set in the heart of the Napa Valley, just two hours north of San Francisco, you will find The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, the college's West Coast campus. Since 1995, the CIA at Greystone has provided professional continuing education opportunities and career development programs for food, wine and hospitality. Today, the Greystone campus also features culinary arts degree, baking and pastry arts degree, and certificate programs, which offer the CIA's renowned curricula for those wishing to enter the culinary professions. In addition, the campus features the CIA's professional wine studies program for culinary, beverage, and hospitality professionals wanting to advance their mastery of wine or gain professional wine certification. Other services on the Greystone campus include research and consulting services that provide food industry business solutions, such as food and menu R&D and custom training programs.
Special facilities on the campus include the Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies, the Chuck Williams Flavor Center for Flavor Discovery, and the Ventura MenuMasters Center for R&D.
