The CIA offers:

• Two degree program majors—culinary arts or baking and pastry arts.
• Bachelor's degree programs or associate degree programs.
• Real-world taste of the industry during the externship semester and the senior-year travel experience for bachelor's students.
• An associate degree program for Advanced Career Experience (ACE) students.
• Certificate programs in culinary arts, latin cuisines, and wine and beverage studies.
